It's Kau Kau Time!
(pronounced cow-cow; "time to eat")

TOFU SALAD
Ingredients:
- 1 block tofu, firm, cut into bite size
- 1 large can of salmon or tuna
- 1 medium round onion, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- Green onion, finely chopped
- Chinese cabbage, finely chopped
- Watercress, chopped
Sauce Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup shoyu ("show-you"; soy sauce)
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp mirin
- Toasted sesame seeds
Mix all sauce ingredients together and stir.
Arrange the ingredients in the following order (from bottom to top):
- Tofu
- Salmon or Tuna
- Chinese cabbage
- Watercress
Pour sauce over salad just before serving.
